Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This position would also require that the candidate chosen be responsible for making daily and weekly schedules for a crew of fourteen. This position is hands-on which the chosen candidate will be directly involved with the administrative duties, irrigation scheduling & maintenance, hand watering, fertilizing, proper chemical applications, normal day-to-day golf course operations, and the management of projects. Assist Superintendent in all facets of the golf and grounds maintenance.

Requirements:
Professional, detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a desire to excel within the company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of golf course management experience.
Students recently out of school are encouraged to apply.
Applicants should already have or be able to obtain a California Pesticide License within the first 60 days.
Spanish speaking is a definite plus but not required.
Computer knowledge (Word/Excel).
Willing to train the right individual.

Compensation:
$50,000 per year.
Health, dental, vacation, sick days, 401K, uniform/clothing allowance.
Golfing Privileges.
Dues paid for GCSAA and local chapter.
Expenses for regional and local conferences and seminars.
