Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training
Golf Course in Nantucket, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
This position requires a motivated person to put in the time and dedication to gather the experience to become an Assistant Superintendent. You will be involved within all works of maintenance here including but not limited to – routine maintenance practices, spray applications, fertilizing, record keeping, resolving irrigation issues, hand watering, and leading small group projects. The AIT will be an extension of the management staff and will be included in preparing upcoming maintenance schedules.

Requirements:
2 or 4 year degree in a related field or interest in a turf career.
The applicant should be able to perform golf management tasks or have the ability and want to learn routine maintenance practices for golf.

Compensation:
$23 – $25 per hour.
Uniforms, golfing privileges, housing, and meals.
