Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Morristown, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The assistant superintendent will work closely and communicate with the superintendent on a daily basis, maintaining the golf course at its highest level.n The assistant must lead by example both on and off the golf course. The individual hired should be comfortable in training staff, as well as communicating with other club department heads, members and their guests.

Requirements:
Candidates must have completed a 2 or 4 year Turfgrass/Plant and Soil Science degree.
The leader we are looking for must have at least a minimum of 2-3 years of a supervisory role preferably at a private golf club.
Candidates applying must be familiar with planning and executing daily schedules for staff, assistants, chemical and fertilizer applications as well as irrigation repairs and events.

Compensation:
$60,000-75,000 per year.
Health/vision/dental after 60 days, 401K with company match after 1 year, meals, uniforms, golf, vacation, dues to local and national associations, performance and December bonus, and vehicle/fuel.
