Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Rumson, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This will be a great learning opportunity, as all parts of the golf course are being addressed over the next several years.

Requirements:
Two or four year turf management degree or related field.
Candidates must have experience with cool season grasses, 2 years as an intern or AIT.
Work experience should include but not limited to, crew supervision, daily planning, irrigation repair and installation, water management, chemical and fertilizer applications and calibration.
Candidate must posses a positive attitude and be highly self motivated while being able to motivate others.
Must have the ability to work hard and have a strong willingness to learn and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Must have the dedication and commitment to want to learn and grow in the turfgrass management field with an overall goal of becoming a Golf Course Superintendent.

Compensation:
$45,000 – $53,000 per year.
