Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Miami Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Superintendent in the operating functions of the Golf Course Maintenance Department. Ensure the healthy growth of the Golf Course & Clubhouse Grounds, grasses, trees, lakes and landscaping. The duties include Turfgrass / plant material maintenance programs, property / asset management, assisting with forecasting / expense management, scheduling and maintenance of irrigation systems, pesticide applications, and related recordings.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled and actively pursuing GCSAA membership.
1-2 years experience in Golf Course Maintenance.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Agronomy.
Pesticide Applicators License required.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and recordkeeping as required by local, state and federal laws.
Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, Guests and Employee Partners.
Working knowledge of computers and most commonly used business software, to include: Microsoft Word, Excel.
Passion for the game and industry.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year.
