Lead Outside Golf Assistant
Golf Course in Wellington, Florida is looking for a Lead Outside Golf Assistant.

Position Overview:
Responsible for the staging area, cart barn, bag room, driving range and day time valet while providing the best service to all members and guests. You will report to the Head Golf Professional, who is responsible for the oversight of all golf related services.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead Outside Staff.
• Lead up to 10 members of the outside staff to cover the daily outside operation.
• Monitoring play without tee times and pace of play when needed.
• Strict adherence to the Outside Operations Manual.
• Bag room cleanliness and inventory.
• Day time valet.
• Staging area including ice, water (apples during season) on the golf course.
• Driving range and practice areas including CoverShots.
• Golf cart fleet maintenance.
• Communicate with the golf course maintenance staff.
• Lead the outside staff in all aspects of Tournament Operations as it pertains to the areas you are responsible for.
• Lead existing caddie program.
• By request provide all players with caddies.
• Continue training of caddies to provide great service as needed.
