Outside Golf Operations Manager
Country Club in Rumford, Rhode Island is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Manager.

Position Overview:
The Outside Operations will oversee the entire outside operations staff and caddie program.

Duties:
• Oversee and manage the outside service staff and caddie program.
• Lead role in communication between the golf shop staff.
• The candidate must be willing to establish long-lasting relationships with members and be an integral part of the club culture for many future golf seasons.
• Greeting of members and their guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed to the club.
• The candidate will be responsible for staff recruiting, hiring, and training programs. The goal is to create a professional environment focused on complete member and guest satisfaction.
• Scheduling of outside staff and caddies.
• Assist with monitoring the outside operations and caddie operation budget.
• Inventory of outside staff and caddie supplies and uniforms.
• Monitoring of daily play sheet and member billing of green fees and cart usage.

Requirements:
Experience in outside operations/caddie management at a private club or high end resort.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Competent in accounting practices.
Team player and able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Leader who is self-motivated, outgoing, and is personable.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
The ability to work 6 days a week during the golf season.

Compensation:
$700.00 per week.
