Golf Cart Attendant
Resort in Bedford, Pennsylvania is looking for a Golf Cart Attendant.

Position Overview:
The Golf Cart Attendant will be responsible for giving the highest level of guest service, while maintaining the golf car fleet, staging area, practice facility in an appealing manner.

Responsibilities:
• Enthusiastic greeting of guests (by name if possible).
• Speak with guests in a friendly, warm manner making them feel welcome.
• Display conduct in an appropriate manner at all times in accordance with the hotels.
• Working knowledge of club operations.
• Render professional advice, opinions, assistance, and services as required.
• Perform duties and meet requirements for tournaments, club rentals and services which the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Professionals deems necessary.
• Promote the interests of the resort in providing service to the guest.
• Provide a guest friendly environment.

Hotel Specific Functions:
• Must be able to operate the hand-held radio communication device.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with fellow staff members, valet and bell staff.
• Must be knowledgeable in trail access locations, bike rentals and appropriate fishing locations.

Marginal Functions:
• Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings.

Requirements:
Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings.
