Full-time 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is looking for a Full-time 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Qualified candidates will have experience in a similar golf course supervisory position and similar environment. Demonstrated success with supervising golf course maintenance practices and leading employees is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with the oversight of the overall maintenance practices of the golf course, ensuring proper mixing, handling and application of chemicals and fertilizers, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment, lead, direct and train employees regarding safe performance practices.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in agronomy, horticulture, plant/soil science with two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
A valid FL driver’s license and satisfactory driving record to meet standard’s of insurability are required.
Florida pesticide applicator’s license, ability to work outdoors in various climates and list and/or move up to 100 pounds is necessary.

Compensation:
$47,500 per year.
Depending on experience.
