Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Club in Cincinnati, Ohio is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.
Position Overview:
All interns will be taught how to calibrate and apply both liquid and granular fertilizers and pesticides, as well as proper record keeping. Interns will learn proper moisture management and its impact upon an IPM program. Additionally, interns will lead small crews and learn how to maintain and repair irrigation systems.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled or have the intent to enroll in an accredited turfgrass management program.
No experience required, but previous golf course experience is a plus.
Compensation:
$13.00 per hour.
Overtime pay, golf on Mondays, uniforms, and housing arrangements provided if needed.
