Junior Golf Leader/Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio is looking for a Junior Golf Leader/Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Junior Golf Leader will be responsible for crafting and managing the full junior golf experience. The Junior Golf Leader will also offer individual and group instruction for, but not limited to, junior golfers.

The Junior Golf Leader will design and manage all facets of Junior Golf:
• Design and manage the Op36 curriculum and calendar.
• Promote and manage PGA Junior League.
• Individual/Group Instruction.
• Manage and conduct youth summer camps.

The Junior Golf Leader will also perform duties as an Assistant Golf Professional:
• Tournament management.
• Limited Golf Shop duties.
• Golf play management.

Requirements:
Must have a passion for junior golf and a strong desire to work with young students in an effort to grow the game of golf.
He or she must possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a love of the game of golf.
3-5 years experience teaching/coaching junior golf.
It is encouraged that the Junior Golf Leader be either a member of the PGA/LPGA or be an apprentice working to earn membership in one of those organizations.
Experience or a working knowlege of the Op36 Junior Coaching Program would give a candidate a strong advantage.
Proficient with Social Media platforms and technology to assist in marketing junior programs.

Compensation:
$27,000.00 per year.
