Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The assistant will help manage a crew of around 14 employees. We have bentgrass greens in the transition zone so moisture control a big part of this position.

Requirements:
Must have 2 yers assistant experience.
Must know have to apply pesticides, fertilizer etc.
Working knowledge of rainbird irrigation system a plus.
Must have some knowledge of irrigation.
Experience managing a crew.
The ability to speak work Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
Must be able to apply pesticides and operate the irrigation system as well as do repairs.

Compensation:
$35,000 – $40,000 per year.
Co-pay health insurance which includes dental, life insurance, $500.00 clothing allowance in the pro-shop, full club membership, 50% off meals during work hours, GCSAA dues paid, all educational paid and possible moving allowance.
