Seasonal Outside Golf Services Manager
Golf Club in Wolcott, Colorado is looking for a Seasonal Outside Golf Services Manager.

Position Overview:
Assist the Head Golf Professional in management of a first class private club Golf Operations Department. This includes the management of the independent contractor caddie program, outside operations staff, practice facility, providing members and guests with unparalleled service, club repair, and any other services to ensure an exceptional experience.

Starter:
• Responsible for arrival of members and guests to the golf club, and ensuring that the flow from the parking lot to the 1st tee is seamless.
• Responsible for tracking daily play on the golf course and keeping accurate. records on the tee sheet.
• Assist members without games in finding appropriate games.
• Enforce the Eagle Springs Pace of Play policy with effective marshalling tactics.

Independent Contractor Caddie Program:
• Responsible for the management of a first class Caddie Program.
• Caddie Recruitment and Hiring.
• Caddie Assignment.
• Independent Contractor Contracts.

Outside Services:
• Responsible for the management and payroll of a well trained Outside Operations Staff.
• Responsible for the management, rotation, and upkeep of the club golf cart fleet.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of scorecards, pencils, tees, ball markers, and repair tools for daily play.
• Keep a clean and organized bag room for the storage of members and guests golf clubs.
• Responsible for the daily setup and cleanliness of the practice areas (driving range, tees, chipping greens, and putting green).
• Responsible for the inventory and distribution of all on course beverages.

Other Duties:
• Manage the club repair operations for members and guests as well as ensure timely service.
• Play golf with Members and Guests as necessary.
• Assist in the tournament operation program for all club events.
• Assist in the organization of the weekly Men’s, Ladies and Couples games.
• Maintain a close working relationship the Golf Staff as well as all Club Departments.
• Adhere to all Club and Golf Department related policies and procedures.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Be informed on, and promote all club activities and services.

Requirements:
Two year or Four year college degree preferred.
PGA Class “A” Membership or PGA Apprentice working towards membership preferred.
High level organization skills.
Staff management experience.
Extensive guest service skills.
Strong leadership presence skills.
Private membership golf club experience preferred.
Experience as a Caddie or Starter/Caddie Manager.
Previous computer experience to include MS Office, Jonas, Foretees, GHIN.
Valid Driver’s License to drive club vehicle.

Compensation:
$36,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year.
