Full-time Golf Course Operation Manager
Golf Course in Lowellville, Ohio is looking for a Full-time Golf Course Operation Manager.

Position Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for the coordination and management golf operations. Golf operations include Retail, Outings, Leagues, Restaurant and Bar.

Duties will include but may not be limited to:
1) Establish and enforce golf course policies, rules and regulations.
2) Oversee all golf programs and activities including leagues and outings.
3) Ensure consistent high standards of customer service across all golf operations.
4) Coordinates the development of operating, cash flow and capital budgets. Reviews income and expenses relative to plans, implements corrective measures as needed and reports status on a weekly and monthly basis.
5) Manage staff at the golf course.
6) Ensures accurate recording of hourly labor and timely, accurate payroll processing.
7) Track and review inventories.

Requirements:
Golf Course or General Manager experience.
Four-year college degree – preferred.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
