Full-time Outside Golf Guest Services Attendant
Golf club in Fort McDowell, Arizona is looking for a Full-time Outside Golf Guest Services Attendant.

Position Overview:
Assist all guests upon arrival at the golf course, departing for the first tee, during their round of golf and upon completion of their round. Ensure the proper storage of all golf bags and golf cars. Prepare and breakdown the practice facility.

Requirements/duties:
• Provide an environment for an outstanding golf experience.
• Personalize the guest experience by greeting all guests in all areas of the facility and assisting guests with any reasonable request.
• Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Ensure that the staging area, practice facility tee, and cart storage area are kept clean and orderly.
• Ensure that you have a crisp professional appearance.
• Execute Starter and on course Player Assistant shifts and duties as directed.
• Ensure cleanliness of golf cars by thoroughly spraying batteries, body and interior. Dry body with a towel, park carts safely and plug in to a charger.
• Control waste, recycle, and operate vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
• Work closely with all guest service staff members.
• Promote teamwork and continuity among staff members.
• Pick up stray practice range balls in the desert throughout the day.
• Provide ice towels when appropriate and other special touches to anticipate needs.
• This individual must be very customer service oriented.
• Must be comfortable around people.

Requirements:
Golf course experience required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background screening.
Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
