Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Some of the daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Working with Golf Shop Merchandiser and the Professional Staff in creating appealing, creative floor displays, maintaining proper, clean presentation of all merchandise and ensuring appropriate inventory levels.
• Appropriately using tournament software to successfully run golf events, create pairings, scorecards, scoreboards, etc.
• Candidate will have the opportunity to give private and group lessons.
• Assists Professional Staff in establishing an acceptable daily pace of play.
• Introduction to minor club repair and regripping.
• Playing golf with membership.
• Expanding club fitting knowledge using Trackman Technology.
• Assist in everyday operations of the golf shop.
• Assist members with tee times.

Requirements:
Attention to detail and customer service.
A desire to become a PGA class A Professional.
Jonas POS experience helpful but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Prior knowledge of Golf Genius tournament software helpful but not required.
Candidate must possess positive, charismatic disposition.
Self motivated, eager to learn individual that will grow under the tutelage of seasoned Professional Staff.
Prior working knowledge of private club operations a plus.

Compensation:
$12.00 – $15.00 per hour.
