Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Grasonville, Maryland is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional assists in all aspects of the golf operation. The assistant professional will manage a staff of 10-15 employees and his/her duties will include:
• opening and closing of the golf shop.
• starting golfers and managing the tee sheet as well as pace of play on the golf course.
• give lessons to and play with members.
• assist in tournament setup and management.
• merchandise the golf shop and manage all member shop accounts.
• create schedules for golf staff.
• manage golf car fleet staff as well as 56 golf cars.
• coordinate alongside the Head Professional with club management for events and tournaments.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or golf course experience is required.
A desire for a career in the golf industry in a capacity beyond Assistant Golf Professional is preferred.

Compensation:
$32,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year.
