Full-time Head Golf Professional
State park in Bardstown, Kentucky is looking for a Full-time Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Head Golf Professional will manage up to ten employees as well as a volunteer program of approximately 12 people. In addition, the Head Golf Professional will report to the Park Manager and PGA Director of Golf for Kentucky Department of Parks.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing daily play, golf packages and all golf activities.
• Training and supervising staff.
• Managing the retail merchandising operation, inventory control and vending services.
• Tournament and group event coordination.
• Providing instructional programs.
• Accounting for daily receipts from golf shop and golf car operations.
• Promotes growing the game of golf through instruction and implementing junior programs.
• Collects data analysis of key information to report and make needed adjustments.
• Performs related work as assigned.

Requirements:
High school graduate.
Must have two years of membership in the professional golfer’s association apprentice program OR must be a member of a professional golfer’s association.
Must be 20 years and one day of age at time of appointment.
