Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Miami Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
There will be both Golf Shop & Outside Operations hours worked. Responding to member requests, ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent phone skills, registering members and their guests, POS, keep the shop looking fresh, folding merchandise and keep shelves clean and other light duties. Tournament management with Golf Genius. Cart cleanliness/staging, bag drop, golf club cleanliness, regripping, driving range/short game area kept tidy, 1st tee management, attention to detail, visible. Excellent member/guest interaction and Team Player required.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled and actively pursuing PGA membership (if a PGA Apprentice) in a timely manner through the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGA PGM) program.
Maintain PGA of America membership in good standing in an active classification.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Working knowledge of computers and most commonly used business software, to include: Golf Genius, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Passion for the game and industry.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour.
