Head PGA Golf Teaching Professional
Golf Course in Okemo, Michigan is looking for a Head PGA Golf Teaching Professional.

Position Overview:
Head PGA Pro / Assistant Store Manager oversees all store operations and leads direction on lesson and club fitting executions. Responsibilities include: Management of staff and day to day operations at the facility. Golf lesson sales, teaching and development as well as oversight of year around golf leagues. Management and collaboration regarding the golf shop for club fitting and retail sales. Additional responsibilities overseeing facility and bar depending on.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Management of store and employees including, but not limited to, employee scheduling, staff oversight and food & beverage inventory.
• Development and management of lessons, academy’s and group training events.
• Collaborates on Golf Shop merchandise inventory in relation to club fitting. Implements special order programs including custom club fitting and demo days.
• Ability to build loyal clients through proven results.
• Selling techniques – master of the up sell with lesson packages, club fitting and training package sales.

Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership including experience coaching and developing direct reports.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Teaching Professional.
Proven record of providing superior member/guest service and staff training and development.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Sales experience preferred.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 per year.
