Full-time Assistant PGA Golf Management (PGM) Program Director/Internship Coordinator
School in Paradise, Nevada is looking for a Full-time Assistant PGA Golf Management (PGM) Program Director/Internship Coordinator.

Position Overview:
This position serves as the Assistant Director/Internship Coordinator of the PGA Golf Management (PGM) Program and is responsible for all aspects of internships including but not limited to: recruitment and assessment of sites; ensuring students are qualified and placed on the appropriate internship level; management of internship contracts; liaison to academic program and internship site supervisors; assessment of student work experience activities; and maintenance of all records associated with internships. Other responsibilities include: management of golf store and club repair labs, instruction of selected courses and seminars in the PGM program; grading of work experience activities; meet with students and families to discuss the PGM concentration; advise PGM students within the academic program; serve as a mentor to the PGA Golf Management Student Association; assist with annual PGA testing (Qualifying Level, and Levels 1, 2, 3); attend required PGA/PGM meetings; and other duties as assigned by the Director of the PGA Golf Management Program.

Requirements:
This position requires a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and 3-5 years of related professional experience.
Experience with management of overall golf enterprise is preferred.
Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills are important qualifications for this position.
Knowledge of and ability to deliver PGA learning objectives in classroom and clinical settings, the ability to mentor students in career advisement, and professional and ethical behavior in representing the PGA Golf Management program with students, faculty, and community are essential.
