Seasonal Part-time Golf Shop Attendant
Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida is looking for a Seasonal Part-time Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
The Golf Shop Attendant welcomes and checks in members/guests for golf play in a warm and courteous manner, handles incoming phone calls, inputs tee times and acts as a liaison and gatekeeper for the golf department. Has common knowledge of the reservations system, communicates with the starter on start times, tracks and verifies all members and guests, utilizes the Jonas system to charge for golf rounds and merchandise and facilitates proper controls by communicating with both the Outside Staff and the Golf Professionals. Updates member handicaps in the GHIN system, sells merchandise and helps display inventory items. May assist in special events as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Opening and closing of the golf shop.
• Assist with checking in golfers, making tee times and selling merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and have a team first attitude.

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience.
Must be a team player with excellent computer skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
$11.00 per hour.
