Summer Golf Course Intern
Country Club in River Hills, Wisconsin is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Levels 1 & 2 Intern Essential Responsibilities:
• Grow and Develop professionally and personally.
• Welcome members and guests.
• Assist members and guests with their daily needs.
• Starter shifts (Lead the outside staff with the Assistant Professionals).
• Responsible for all facets of Outside Operations.
• Attend Staff Education.
• When needed, assist Head and Assistant Professionals with:
-Merchandising.
-Tournament Programs.
-Junior Golf.
-Play golf with members when time permits and requested.
-Work on golf game.

Level 3 & Extended Intern Essential Responsibilities:
• Grow and Develop professionally and personally.
• Welcome members and guests to MCC
• Assist members and guests with their daily needs.
• Starter shifts (Lead the outside staff with the Assistant Professionals).
• Responsible for all facets of Outside Operations.
• Attend Staff Education.
• Golf Shop.
• Tending to the phone.
• Special Order receiving / order book management.
• Member request fulfillment.
• General Email correspondence.
• When needed, assist Head and Assistant Professionals with:
-Merchandising.
-Tournament Programs.
-Junior Golf.
-Play golf with members when time permits and requested.
-Work on golf game.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be responsive to constructive feedback, proactive with their respective PGA Work Experience Assignments, dedicated to provided solutions instead of excuses, thinking and acting positively and professionally, and will commit themselves to contributing to a great team.
Must be in good standing with the PGA or PGM Program.

Compensation:
$9.00 – $11.00 per hour.
