Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Metairie, Louisiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Professional will be expected to contribute in all aspects of the golf operation. He/She will work closely with other members of the staff to provide exceptional member service. The Assistant Professional will assist with buying, receiving, displaying of merchandise. The Assistant Professional will co-ordinate all Ladies activities, such as clinics, and the weekly events. The First Assistant Professional will travel with Men, Ladies and Juniors for inter-club events within the Section, Nationally or Internationally. He/She will be expected to provide lessons to all caliber of players. The Assistant Professional will assist in coordinating outside services as well as caddies.

Assist in instruction of all levels of players in both individual and group lesson settings.
Show a commitment to maintaining a quality game.
Promote and maintain a positive professional image within the community.
Maintain active PGA membership in good standing with the PGA or LPGA.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience at a high end private or resort preferred.
Proven record of providing superior member service.
Active PGA Class A member required.

Compensation:
$30,500.00 – $35,500.00 per year.
