Golf Club in Newbury, New Hampshire is looking for a Seasonal Full-time Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Golf Assistants here will be exposed to all aspects of the golf business and gain the experience needed to be successful.

Duties:
• Manage member play at no tee time club.
• Handle carts and range.
• Pro Shop Sales & Merchandising.
• Administrative help in pro shop.
• Assist or run tournaments.

Also available but not mandatory:
• Lessons.
• Play with members.

Requirements:
A team player with a willingness to learn and improve.
Honestly is a key requirement.
The right individual is a hard worker who enjoys helping others.
Excellent customer service.
Proactive.
Knowledge of the game of Golf & Rules.
Understands golf handicaps.
Has the ability to correctly handicap scorecards.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Work well with people of all ages.
Organization skills.
Attention to detail.
Responsible with money.
Able to work with computerized POS.
Clear/correct/accurate verbal and written communication.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $23.00 per hour.
